UX audit · For SaaS and AI products

UX audits for AI and data-heavy products.

Two weeks with senior designers who've shipped AI and data-heavy B2B products. You get a ranked list of what's costing you adoption, what to fix first, and a 90-day plan your team can actually ship.

Signs you need one.

Fair question

Why not just ask AI to review it?

Honestly, AI tools are good at the first pass now. They'll flag inconsistent buttons and missing labels in minutes, and we use them in our own process.

What they can't do is the part that matters: tell which problems are actually costing you adoption, judge whether users trust what your AI is telling them, sit with your users, and weigh every fix against your roadmap and your engineering team. Every finding in our audit is a human call, made by someone who has designed products like yours.

What we review.

01

Key flows and usability

Onboarding, core tasks, and the places people get stuck or give up.

02

AI trust

Confidence, sources, explanations, and what the product does when the model is wrong.

03

Data-heavy screens

Tables, filters, dashboards, and the decisions they're supposed to support.

04

Information architecture

Navigation, naming, and how features are grouped and found.

05

Design consistency

Components and patterns, and how ready the UI is for a design system.

06

Accessibility basics

Contrast, focus states, keyboard paths and labels.

What you get.

How it works.

Day 1

Kickoff

A call with your product lead. We agree on goals, users and the flows that matter most.

Days 2 to 7

Review

We go through the product and your analytics if you have them, and talk to your users.

5 user sessions, 30 min eachWhy 5 sessions?Five users uncover about 85% of the usability problems in a product. After that, each extra session mostly repeats what you've already seen.

Days 8 to 9

Synthesis

We rank the findings, annotate screens and draft the roadmap.

Day 10

Readout

We walk your team through everything and answer every question.

Pricing.

$5,000
Starting price · fixed fee

$5,000 covers a focused audit of one product area, including the five user sessions. Larger products get a fixed quote after the intro call, so there are no surprises.

If you continue with us on the design work within 60 days, we credit the audit fee toward it.

Questions.

How much does a UX audit cost?

From $5,000 for a focused audit of one product area. Larger products get a fixed quote after the intro call, before we start.

How long does it take?

Two weeks from kickoff to readout.

What do you need from us?

Access to the product or a staging environment, a short kickoff call with your product lead, introductions to five of your users for 30-minute sessions, and analytics if you have them.

Is the audit AI-generated?

No. We use AI tools for the first pass, the same way your team might. Every finding, ranking and recommendation is made by a senior designer.

What happens after the audit?

Your team can run with the roadmap on its own. If you want help, we can design the fixes with you, and if you start within 60 days the audit fee is credited toward that work.

Want a clear read on your product?
